Kyle Dean Gorlick
Co-Founder & Minister General
Thomistic Philosopher and Master of Theology Neophyte, Kyle Dean has been privileged to serve the Buffalo Diocese as Chesterton Academy Philosophy Teacher, March for Life Bus Captain, Robotics Coach, Choir Cantor, and Spiritual Advisor to Bishop Malone. When not leading seminars on Virtue, Kyle enjoys his growing family, pilgrimages to Rome and Israel, and hosting The Rich Dawn Podcast.
Daniel Gengo
Chief Financial Officer
Daniel became a regular member at Men's Nights starting in 2020. After consecrating himself to the Immaculate Heart of Mary he became an Ecclesian in 2021 and has dedicated his horarium to the Regula of the ministry. He now serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Ecclesians. Daniel works as an aviation logistics professional and is a loving husband and father of a growing family.
Jake Mrugalski
Co-Founder
Since early 2016, Jake has been an integral part of the Dynamis Ministry's creation, growth, and impact. From serving various roles such as Chief Financial Officer, co-creator of Men's Nights, and Donation Officer, his tenacity in serving the Young Adults of Western New York has had a generational impact. Jake spends his free time serving his growing family and videographing weddings.
